Cisco's Global Corporate Real Estate Organization develops and operates innovative workplace solutions that support Cisco's business while maximizing asset utilization. These solutions lower cost, increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction, and showcase Cisco technology. CRE's global functions include acquisition and disposition of real estate, management of workplace related services, construction of buildings and projects, and planning activities associated with these activities. The organization also drives critical initiatives related to workplace design and location. These currently include 1) Workplace Effectiveness: Radically redesigning the work environment to better align it with the current needs of our workforce, 2) Global Site Strategy: Evaluating Cisco's non-sales locations to determine where we should locate and how we can make our chosen sites successful, and 3) Field Sales Office Strategy: Developing new categories and designs for our field offices to help drive sales. |
